Defect Problem

No problem. Your merchandise is covered under warranty up to 1 year unless you are a LDC Leather Club Discount Member which extends 1 year to 2 years.
  1. Locate your original purchase invoice or email us to look up for you.
  2. We can send parts with instructions, when applicable, to make it fast and easy.
  3. Product will most often be exchanged, only within 30 days of purchase
  4. Read Warranties below to see which applies to your merchandise
  5. Repairs for damage NOT caused by manufacturers defect is covered under warranty, but we'd be glad to help
  6. Warranty repairs must be authorized for return which you can email or chat with us to receive
  7. Warranty repairs are accomplished to the best of our ability and shipped back within 7 days.
  8. Jamin' Leather will pay for the repair and returning shipping to customer when under warranty
  9. Customer is responsible for the return postage to Jamin' Leather.
NOT Under Warranty?

  3. Any repair returns must be authorized with an RA# to be taken in or addit
  4. If we can not find your purchase we will not be able to provide repair service due to our manufacturing workload.

  6. We charge $60 per hour for non-warranty repairs
  7. Only estimates can be provided
  8. Credit Card information must be provided with your return to process repair and shipping charges.

WARRANTIES:
50. LIFETIME replacement on all snaps, rivets and buttons, shipping charges will apply.
51. Manufacturers defects only are covered under the Jamin' Leather free warranties.
52. 30 Day Warranty on externally attached bead work or metal attachments such as studs, emblems, etc. installed to any leather item, yet leather on the garment is warrantee'd for term noted above.
53. 90 Day Warranty on all footwear, patch leather goods, bonded leather items, motorbike accessories, and non-leather merchandise
54. 365 Day Warranty on all other Jamin' Leather merchandise from date of purchase
55. Jamin' Leather reserves the right to repair defective merchandise.
56. Jamin' Leather will not be held responsible for any loss of personal affects or injury from use of products or from poor workmanship. Although rare, we encourage customers to contact us immediately for warranty or non-warranty repairs of defective and unsafe products.
57. There is no charge for warranty repairs including first time return shipping back to customer within warranty period.

61. 4 or 10 YEAR NO FAULT WARRANTY is available on selected merchandise at time of purchase.
62. 4 or 10 Year Warranty is not available on patch leather items, beaded items, motorbike accessories, footwear or non-leather merchandise.

29. Prepaid return label with instructions is available.
30. No refunds or exchanges on lingerie, used, soiled, or altered items or they will be returned at your expense.
31. Except for refunds and exchanges as noted above, all other returns, address corrections, forwarding, address errors or special processing require service charges.
32. Customer is responsible for returning postage. Yet Jamin' Leather will not charge S/H for company errors. Though fit is never guaranteed even if measurements are provided.
33. We reserve the right to reverse any credits or coupons used on returned merchandise.

35. Discontinued merchandise (limited, 30-50% off) (d) cannot be returned after 30 days.
36. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and risk being refused, subject to service charge, donated to charity or returned to customer at customers expense.
37. Service charges are 15-50% with a $10 minimum, shipping charges may be additional.
38. Gift Certificates will be issued on non-refundable returns, unauthorized returns, or at anytime or in lew of refund upon request and are good for 1 year from date of issue.
